Latino Fit

Latino Fit, a class created and taught by Araceli Cancino, a Chilean-born fitness instructor and dancer, is designed to make you move to the irresistible and diverse beats of Latin dances. In Latin America, they say all problems are forgotten when you dance. This class embodies that spirit: more than just a workout or a dance session, it’s a tropical escape! Experience easy and fitness-adapted routines with styles like salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, and bachata, to name just a few.

YOGA BALL

Yoga with a fitball is a practice that combines traditional yoga postures with the use of a stability ball to enhance balance, coordination, and flexibility. This type of yoga engages deep muscles, especially the core, while offering support for certain poses, making it accessible to all levels of practitioners. The ball helps intensify muscle-strengthening exercises and improve posture, adding a playful and dynamic dimension to classic yoga sessions. It’s a comprehensive approach to toning the body while promoting relaxation and mindfulness.

Last Wednesday of each month for women only

A freestyle moving dancing evening based on ecstatic dances: no instructions, sober space, barefooted, somatic explorationvaried styles of music in the form of a curve to take time to warm up, then shake loose, sweat, have fun and end with an integrative period to stretch, meditate, contemplate and leave feeling grounded and connected.

For a personalized workout tailored to your needs and goals, invest in private classes.

In a private space, you will have access to different workout and relaxation tools such as balls, TRX straps, different types of rollers and CHI technology to finish your session in a state of total relaxation.

Prices and conditions

Individual class:

  • 1 hour: 70$ + tax

  • 5 classes punch card: 325$ + tax

  • 10 classes punch card: 600$ + tax

Class for two: 1 hour: 80$ + tax

Classes must be paid in advance, and any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class; otherwise, the full fee will be charged.
